I share a commercial kitchen with other businesses, and despite the strict adherence to city and state food safety regulations, my tools and equipment may contain trace amounts of: 

  • Dairy (for example: milk, butter, cheese)

  • Fish (for example: bass, flounder, cod)

  • Crustacean shellfish (for example: crab, lobster, shrimp)

  • Tree nuts (for example: almonds, walnuts, pecans)

  • Sesame
